Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of teaching method which applied problem-based learning in new nurses'pre-post skill training.Methods The new nurses were given different style of pre-post training, LBL group was given tranditional lecture-based learning teaching method, PBL group was given problem -based learning method, the teaching quality of two groups were compared.Results New nurses of group PBL performed better than the counterparts of group LBL in the mastering theoretical knowledge、 problem-solving ability and operating ability.Conclusions PBL teaching method which improve pre-post skill training quality, nursing quality and patient satisfaction is better than LBL teaching method.
