Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of organizational restructuring on employee performance through job satisfaction at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office of the Selayar Islands Regency. The method used is quantitative. This study used a total sampling technique, and the number of respondents was 170 people. The hypothesis test uses SEM PLS version 3.0. The results of this research show that there is an indirect relationship between organizational restructuring through job satisfaction on employee performance which is better than the direct effect of organizational restructuring on employee performance. Based on these results, the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning pays attention to the job satisfaction of its employees
