Abstract
The study aimed to know the effect of the online delivery services on the profitability of small-scale food services in General Santos City. (1) The study concludes that the effect of online delivery services on the profitability of small-scale food services is strong and high. (2) The online delivery platform most employed by the respondents is the new delivery service representing 63%. (3) The small-scale food services are profitable. (4) There is a significant relationship between online food delivery and profitability of the small-scale food services in General Santos City.
