Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of one-on-one care of midwives on negative emotion, pain degree and outcome of birth. Methods A total of 148 cases of maternal received from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table, 74 cases of each group.The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group performed one to one midwifery nursing.The negative emotion, pain degree and delivery outcome were compared between the two groups. Results SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The pain degree of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The neonatal weight and Apgar score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The amount of bleeding in the observation group was lower than that in the control group at 2 hours and 24 hours postpartum, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions It has significant effect on the negative emotion, pain degree and delivery consequence of puerpera for the midwife staying with nurse one to one in the whole process to apply to the pregnancy of primipara, which may relieve the negative emotion, reduce pain degree and improve delivery consequence of puerpera effectively.
