Abstract

Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery and negative emotions in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods A total of 92 cases of patients underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to this hospital from October 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into the control group and the observation group, 46 cases of each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention. On the basis of this, the patients of the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing intervention. The amount of bleeding, the index of postoperative prognosis and the incidence of complications of two the groups were compared. At the same time, the scores of anxiety and depression of the two groups before and after the nursing were compared. Results The amount of bleeding during operation, ambulation time, intestinal exhaust time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.01). The incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01). Conclusions The rapid rehabilitation nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively promote postoperative recovery of patients, reduce the incidence of complications and bleeding and improve the patients' negative emotions. It conforms to the direction of modern nursing development. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
