Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effects of nursing intervention on the intraoperative hypothermia of patients with urology laparoscopic surgery.Methods The clinical data of 240 patients were analyzed retrospectively and they were randomly divided into group A and group B with 120 cases in each group.The patients of group B received routine nursing,while the patients of group A received insulation nursing.The changes of body temperature and operation situation of two groups were compaued.Results There was no difference in the changes of body temperature before operation between two groups,and significant differences during operation and after operation ( P <0.01 ).The change extent of body temperature of group A was smaller than that of group B.And there were significant differences in bleeding volume and postoperative complications between two groups (P < 0.01 ).Conclusions Nursing intervention on the patients with urology laparoscopic surgery can effectively prevent hypothermia and postoperative shivering.There was important clinical significance in surviving the surgery and prognosis,it is worthy spreading.
