Abstract

Objective To study and discuss the correlation between body temperature changes and the different ages in laparoscopic gallbladder surgery patients,so as to provide reference for improving the intraoperative nursing methods.Methods 206 cases of laparoscopic gallbladder surgery were divided into two groups according to age,the age of 26-50,97 cases in group A and group B over 50 years old,with 109 cases,patients in two groups were all given laparoscopic gallbladder excision surgery respectively,and body temperature changes were monitored during the whole course.Results After comparing two groups,we found that temperature changes in two groups didn't show statistical significant difference while staying house for 60 min after starting to home invasion (P > 0.05).But from 90 min to 2 h the chamber temperature had statistical significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion There is body temperature diversity in laparoscopic gallbladder surgery patients with difference ages,patients aged over 50 should pay attention to strengthen the warm care,to prevent hypothermia causing organ dysfunction.
