Abstract

The temperature evolution of crystal structure and ferroelectric order parameter η(T) in nanocomposite materials “SBA-15 + NaNO2” have been studied by neutron diffraction. The large (∼15 K) temperature hysteresis in dependences of η(T) on heating and on cooling has been observed. It is shown that a cause of this effect is an influence of elastic strains arising upon heating and leading to a change in the temperature of the ferroelectric phase transition.
