Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing management mode in clinical nursing on SCL-90 score and its compliance in children with acute abdomen. Methods A total of 100 cases of children with acute abdomen were treated and identified from June to December 2015 in this hospital were selected as the research objects and were divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases of each group.The patients in the control group received only routine care, while the experimental group received humanistic nursing management mode on the basis of routine nursing.During the experiment, the SCL-90 score and its compliance were recorded in the two groups, and the satisfaction of the family members and nursing nurses was recorded. Results After nursing, the scores of SCL-90 in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). At the same time, the proportion of children with emotional stability and the ability to cooperate with the treatment was 92% and 82% respectively, while the corresponding proportion in the control group was only 82% and 70%, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). In the experimental group, the satisfaction of family members and nursing nurses was 94% and 98% respectively, while the corresponding proportion in the control group was only 24% and 72%, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanized nursing management mode can obviously improve the quality of care of children with acute abdomen and improve their quality of life.It is worth popularizing.
