Abstract

Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation of children oral cavity operation under general anesthesia during daytime. Methods In the operating room of the hospital from April 2017 to May 2018, 70 cases were randomly selected from the children who received general anesthesia surgery during the day. According to different nursing coordination methods, they were divided into the control group (routine nursing group) and the experimental group (comprehensive nursing coordination group), with 35 cases each.The nursing effects of the two groups were analyzed retrospectively. Results The cooperation degree of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group, and the satisfaction of family members was higher than that of the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing cooperation in children's oral cavity surgery during daytime general anesthesia can improve the cooperation degree of children, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and thus improve the satisfaction of family members.
