Abstract

The Effect of Digital Transformation on Organizational Performance: A Meta-Analysis. Digital transformation is a process of organizational change that utilizes digital technology to improve performance. Digital transformation includes aspects such as processes, business models, and changes in organizational culture. This research aims to analyze the impact of digital transformation on organizational performance. The research used a literature review method to analyze 37 journal articles published between 2016 and 2023. The research results show that digital transformation has a positive and significant influence on organizational performance. This performance improvement can be seen in increased efficiency, productivity and organizational competitiveness. The impact of digital transformation on organizational performance is not always linear. Several factors can influence the magnitude of digital transformation, including Organization Size, Industry, Organizational Culture, Competitiveness, Technological Change, and Organizational Capability in managing digital transformation. Therefore, organizations need to understand the factors that can influence the impact of digital transformation and make optimal use of digital transformation to improve performance.
