Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of cognitive behavioral intervention on the rehabilitation and recurrence rate in patients with peptic ulcer.Methods Totaled of 100 cases of peptic ulcer patients were divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group was used conventional nursing,the observation group was given cognitive behavioral intervention on the basis of the control group,two groups were compared with nursing curative effect,ulcer pain,treatment compliance and recurrence rate.Results Curative effect between the two groups was no statistical significance (P > 0.05).But the observation group ulcer pain was significantly lower than that in the control group,treatment compliance was significantly higher than that in the control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusions Cognitive behavioral intervention is helpful to improve the peptic ulcer patients with their illness perception and self-care ability,relieve pain,reduce the rate of recurrence.
