Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of class discussion in physiology teaching and students' comprehensive quality improvement in medical college education.Methods Students were randomly divided into two groups,control group with traditional didactic method and test group with class discussion method,to learn the contents of digestive physiology.All the students were taught by the same teacher.The teaching effect was evaluated by questionnaire survey and class examination.Results Compared with control group,the learning interest and the examination results were both significantly improved in the test group (P<0.05).Conclusions Class discussion is benefit to improve the teaching effect of physiology and worth further exploring in medical college education.
