Abstract

Age, the number of dependents, and years of service make up the classification of biographical features, which are one of the elements that affect employee performance judgments. The purpose of this study is to look at the biographical factors that affect employee performance. All of the personnel of PT. Candi Jaya Amerta's production department served as the study's population, and the sample was drawn using a saturated sampling technique. A census, which samples the entire population, is another name for a saturated sample. 46 personnel of the production division made up the sample that the researchers used. Multiple linear regression analysis is a quantitative method that was employed in this investigation. According to the study's findings, age has no bearing on employee performance, the number of dependents has an impact, and tenure has no bearing on the output of employees from PT. Candi Jaya Amerta.
