Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of asset management on company performance at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV. Asset management elements consist of asset inventory, legal audit, asset valuation, fixed asset optimization and asset monitoring and control. The objects of this research are employees who know about asset management at PT Perkenunan Nusantara IV. The number of samples in this study was 38 people. The sampling technique used is saturated samples. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method and was evaluated using the SmartPLS 3 tool using a second-order reflective factor approach. The test results show that asset management has a positive and significant effect on company performance.
