Abstract
The research objective was 1) to analyze the effect of training on the performance of employees of the board of directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV, 2) to analyze the effect of employee empowerment on the performance of employees of the board of directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV, 3) to analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of the directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. The analytical method used in this study is a multiple regression analysis method. Research data was obtained from employees of the PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV office. The research approach is an explanatory causal approach.The results of this study indicate that: 1) the regression results show that the training variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. This shows that training has an important role in improving employee performance and also carrying out tasks in a company. 2) the regression results show that employee empowerment variables have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the directors' office of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. This shows that empowering good and directed employees will have a positive impact on the company, especially on improving employee performance. 3) the regression results show that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the directors office of PT Perkebunan Nusantara XIV. This shows that the right compensation gives a positive impact on employees in improving their performance for the company
