Abstract

The research included four chapters ;the introduction and the importance of the research, which dealt with the factors of achieving athletic achievement in sports in the opinion of experts and specialists who sought to find ways to develop in realization achievement, especially in athletics, especially speed activities, including the 200-meter sprint activity..Through the development of physical capabilities, including anaerobic physical effort, which plays an important and effective role in activities of speed, especially the activity of the 200-meter sprint, where the researcher, through exercises, exercises a vehicle for special endurance according to anaerobic physical effort, in developing special endurance capabilities for strength and speed as complex exercises for physical effort in units The training program for this event.. The research problem, which was dealt with by the research, was the weakness in developing training programs for 200-meter speed runners and the weakness of endurance training of all kinds, and also the research objectives were to identify physical exertion exercises according to complex exercises .As for the research hypotheses, the significant differences were significant in the pre and posttest in the combined exercises according to the anaerobic physical effort and the achievement of the individuals of the sample. The researcher concluded that these exercises according to the anaerobic physical exercise exercises showed the significant differences for the post-tests. And also to realize achievement in endurance of strength, endurance of speed, and achievement. The researcher also recommended the use of special endurance exercises according to the endurance of anaerobic physical effort for other activities.
