Abstract

The research includes a summary of the terms of intonation and the impact of its tuning on some non-Arabic speaking students in specialized Quranic schools in Algeria, on the grounds that understanding the terms contributes to the performance and mastery of the art of intonation; The study dealt with two main elements, the first is to control the terminology of the study and its contents, and the second element is focused on analyzing the questionnaire that was devoted to finding out the extent to which students understood the terms related to this art, and we concluded results, the most important of which is the existence of a steady relationship between understanding the terms and their performance, except in special cases, There is no apparent difficulty in understanding the terminology in general.
