Abstract


 The research aims : to identify a training curriculum using rubber ropes exercises and its effect on a number of physical and skill variables for young basketball players, and used the experimental approach, and the experiment was applied to the Mosul / Muthanna Academy youth category in Nineveh Governorate for the season (2018-2019) and the number (25) (A player, and the research sample consisted of (20) players representing 80% of the research community, and they were deliberately chosen and divided into two groups randomly to (experimental and controlling)) and each group has a number of (10) players, and the researcher's gender is the sample in (length, age, Mass) and perform valence for the two groups investigating physical and Basic skills and experimental design were used, and the statistical methods used by the researcher were (standard deviation, arithmetic mean, torsional coefficient ,, difference coefficient ,, percentage ,, test (T) for independent and associated samples, through the program, an evolution in the level of physical attributes) and strength The explosive muscles of the arms and the explosive strength of the muscles of the legs) in favor of the post test, as well as an evolution in the level of the post tests in most of the physical traits that the research dealt with better than the control group, and the most recent training curriculum for the elastic cords exercises implemented by the complex The experimental pioneering developed in the level of basic skills (chest handling and plumpness with change of direction and peaceful scoring and scoring from jumping) and in favor of the post-test.
