Abstract

The present study examines the organizational structure of educational management and its main components: the pedagogical component, the organizational component, team promotion and the community component. In accordance with this structure, we present a model that caused of changing another educational paradigm of equal opportunities and social leadership, and the development and theoretical understanding of the educational act. This approach stands in contrast to an almost instinctive longing for the homogeneity of disaster management (also in the field of education) which always strives to reach standardization.
