Abstract
The Ninth Five-Year Plan for the Development of the National Economy and Culture of the USSR in 1971-1975 is a convincing expression of the triumph of Lenin's nationality policy, which is aimed at the comprehensive and harmonious development of all fraternal republics of the Soviet Union. It personifies the communality of socialist nations and the unity of the tasks and goals confronting all peoples in our multinational state.
