Abstract

Dairy and dairy products are important foods for humans, and increased food awareness and the entry of individuals have increased the demand for them, thus increasing the burden on the animal production sector. Which led to the deficit of local production of dairy and its failure to pursue the increasing demand for it, which led to the need to stand on the economic analysis of dairy production farms in Qalyubia governorate, the study deals with three parts, the first part deals with statistical and economic analysis of the production data of dairy farms in the villages of the sample, while the second part deals with the study of the cost structure of the sample farms, while the third part deals with statistical and economic analysis For the costs of the sample farmer, during the study period.
