Abstract

The effective frequency of electron-atom collisions and frequency dispersion of the conductivity of the weakly ionized plasma are investigated with the account of the results obtained in part I of the present work. The structural effects in the system of scatterers and the interaction with collective excitations are also taken into account. The correct description of the frequency of collisions in the t-matrix approximation with respect to the electron-atom interaction is carried out for the adiabatic approximation. The results obtained are valid for the case of arbitrarily degenerating electrons.
