Abstract
Summary Lysosomes of Guerin tumor at its initial stage of growth are much more stable than lysosomes from the advanced stage. Lysosomal extracts from the tumor decompose easily basic proteins, especially argininq-rich proteins from the tumor cell cytoplasmic fraction. Basic protein degradation products probably affect the permeability of the tumor cell membranes and penetrate into the blood stream.
