Abstract
1955年Zollinger和Ellison首先报告了2例胃酸分泌亢进伴有严重消化性溃疡的患者,实质是患有产生非胰岛素的胰岛非B细胞瘤.1960年Gregory报道从患者手术切除的胰头组织中检测到胃泌素活性物质,故命名为胃泌素瘤,也称为ZollingerEllison综合征(ZES),亦称胰源性溃疡。
