Abstract
Objectives To re-evaluate the skills of diagnosis and treatment of female leucoplakia vesicae.Methods The records of 32 cases with leucoplakia vesicae from January 2006 to November 2011 were retrospectively reviewed.Results 32 cases all successfully underwent the treatment,of which 20 cases of symptoms disappeared in lto 3weeks and 6 cases disappeared in 6 to 8 weeks postoperatively.5 cases with leucoplakia viscae simultaneously associated cystitis glandularis underwent cystoscopy examination in 2 months later postoperatively,of which one case was found recurrence of cystitis glandularis and underwent transurethral resection of bladder tissue again.25 cases with simply leuoplakia viscae were re-examined by cystoscopy in 3 months later postoperativel and not found recurrence of leuoplakia viseae,of which 2 cases were lost for follow-up.Conclusions Cystoseopy and biopsy for diagnosis of leuoplakia viscae play an important role and transurethral resection of bladder tissue to treatment of leuoplakia viscae or/and complicated cystitis glandularis is simple,easy to master,less trauma,less bleeding and effective.
