Abstract

The regularities and contradictions of the development of different types of economic systems and forms of land ownership are identified and disclosed. It is established that the dialectics of the development of institutional social forms of functioning of economic systems and property relations in agrarian sector of the economy is that the development of productive forces leads to changes and transformations in the system of production relations, their transition to a higher stage of social-economic development. The conducted study allows to conclude that the relationships of land ownership have their own laws of development and their specific contradictions. We can distinguish the following patterns of property relations development in agricultural sector: 1) there is constant development and increasing complexity of forms of ownership; 2) the emergence of more advanced forms of land ownership does not lead to complete disappearance of the previous form of ownership; 3) the more specific are forms of property within a certain mode of production, the stronger become driving forces and sources of economic system development. In addition, with the evolution of ownership relations antagonistic character of social contradictions is weakened, there is a convergence of interests of opposing classes and social groups.
