Abstract

Abstract With the ever-changing times and the expanding scale of colleges and universities, the contradiction between the scarcity of Civics course resources and the unlimited demand of students for resources in our colleges and universities has become more obvious. It is of great practical significance to develop Civics course resources for the high-quality development of colleges and universities. In this paper, we use the clustering algorithm to reduce the complexity of the resource allocation algorithm and the ant colony algorithm to solve the allocation problem between the resource user group and distributed distribution center and then combine the two algorithms to optimize the college Civics course resource library system. The research shows that the retrieval time of the other two algorithms is 247s and 251s, respectively, while the retrieval time of this algorithm is 148s, which is much faster than the other two algorithms, and the slowest query concurrency can reach 3.61 per second under the condition of 20 users, which meets the acceptable query requirements of users. Finally, after teaching tests, students are generally satisfied with the teaching resources organized and managed in the teaching aid platform in terms of richness, quality, and conformity with learning needs. Therefore, the college Civics course resource library system in virtual practice teaching based on the clustering algorithm designed in this paper can manage the course resources well and have a good retrieval effect, which can also play a multiplier effect in Civics teaching.
