Abstract
The technique of SRXFA for the determination of Rb-Mo group of elements in rock samples is described. The ability of indicator ratios Nb/Ta and Zr/Hf determination in different rock samples by means of modern nuclear-physical methods is shown. The results of analysis on Nb, Ta, Zr and Hf in samples of weathered crust of basic rocks are listed and the relative mobility of these elements is estimated.
