Abstract
Abstract Cation exchange HPLC methods for the determination of charge of cationic 99mTc. complexes were developed, based on a method described previously for anions. Nonspecific retention of Hpophilic complexes was reduced by the addition of acetonitrile. The method was validated using a number of metal salts, and was used to confirm the charges on several Hpophilic technetium cationic complexes.
