(eds.), Sustainable Development in Coastal Regions: A Perspective of Environment, Economy, and Technology. Journal of Coastal Research, Special Issue No. 112, pp. 454-456. Coconut Creek (Florida), ISSN 0749-0208.Oil is one of the important energy sources of economic development, known as the economic blood, economic lifeline said. China's oil development has undergone three strategic shifts. The first shift was from northwest to east. DaQing oilfield was developed to achieve oil self-sufficiency, followed by ShengLi Oilfield and HuaBei Oilfield. The second time, tarim oilfield was developed from the east to the west. The third time is from the land to the sea, the implementation of land and sea equal development strategy. With the rapid development of China's economy, oil consumption is expanding day by day. Since 1993, China has changed from self-sufficient in oil to a net importer of oil, which has led to the gradual reform of oil price formation mechanism. On June 1, 1998, China realized the integration of domestic crude oil price and international crude oil price, which caused a series of fluctuations of oil price. Based on the ocean petroleum Oil logistics and transportation cost model, this paper analyzes the optimization and application of the ocean petroleum supply chain reliable traceability system.
