Abstract

Object vibration is measured by photo sensor. Magnetic levitation ball is used as inertial mass block to realize inertial vibration measure. Vibration signal can be measured directly in the relative vibration measure system. The absolute vibration measure system can be equaled as the constant coefficient second order differential equation of mass-spring vibration measuring system. Vibration exciter makes 20HZ ~ 10KHZ continuous variable vibration signal in actual measuring. The frequency distribution of vibration object is measured by LabVIEW time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. Photo-electricity vibration measure method is disconnect, far distance, resisting electromagnetic interference, higher accuracy, wider frequency response, lower cost. The disconnected vibration measure system can also be realized to small object and the component what is not easy assembled.
