Abstract
According to the noise figure cascade theory, local noise figure of a noise figure analyzer in the RF receiving band can be decreased by the adoption of a RF receiving front-end circuit with low noise and high gain, the noise figure measurement precision of a device under test can be improved. In this paper, a RF front-end circuit scheme is proposed which is based on the cascade of low noise preamplifier and power amplifier, the gain frequency response of the circuit during the whole RF band is improved by designing a slope attenuation circuit. The final RF front-end circuit has the advantages including high gain, flat gain frequency response and low noise figure.
