Abstract
This paper uses the CTI technology and voice card to establish a new rural information service center based on the fact that the rural informatization construction is relatively backward in Three Gorges Reservoir area. The information service center adopts a unique design, which combines the computer technology, automation technology and communication technology and realizes the automation of the information service center. As a result, we can use the system conveniently and efficiently as long as we are in the place can make a call. The application results show that the system runs stably and reliably and has certain practicability and popularization value.
