Abstract
Abstract A cell-image analysis system that automatically extracts and evaluates the number of target cells has been designed and implemented. This system extracts point clouds of target cells from microscopy images and calculates the total number of target cells. This multi-function system provides objective numerical information, including numbers, sizes, and configuration of the target cells. Compared with other cell counting methods, this simple and inexpensive system ensures the objectivity and reliability.
