This Description is found in an Italian Book entitled L'occhiale atl Occhio, overo Dioptrica, Prattica del Carlo Ant . Mancini in Bologna 1660. in 4°, which coming not into these parts, at least not to our knowledge, till now, could not be sooner taken notice of.
