The Deprivation of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Kyrgyz Republic in 2023 of Substantive Jurisdiction (The Right to Investigate Crimes) Does Not Correspond to Objective Truth, the Theory of Criminal Procedure and Prosecutorial Supervision, Not to Mention the Contradiction of the Constitution of Kyrgyz Republic of 2021 Itself

Abstract

Based on the study of the doctrinal sources of Soviet and Russian scientists in the field of criminal procedure, the author concluded that the national security of the state is dangerous for the deprivation of the prosecutor’s office of Kyrgyz Republic of the powers of the investigation, such a proposal by the authorities is a purely opportunistic decision, proving once again the presence of a deep constitutional crisis in the state.
