Abstract

This article reviews the influence of the school press on school students. The school press is not the most widespread media tool today due to the popularity of the Internet. Moreover, due to the printing press crisis, the school newspaper is not so popular today and is in danger of disappearing. The article is based on experimental research as a test case, which provides a theoretical and further will introduce a practical tool for producing an optimal school newspaper. This article also shed light on the topics of media education in schools, the development of the school newspaper as an activity and problems. The aim of this article is to define conditions under which the beneficial influence of the school press on the individuality of young people will increase.
