The Decreasing Dust Emissions of Aspiration Schemes Appliing a Fluidized Granular Particulate Material bed Separator at the Building Construction Factories

Abstract

This article describes one of the modern way to reduce dust emissions of pollutions exhausting into the atmosphere at expanded clay aggregates and other similar building materials manufactures applying filtering fluidized granular particulate material bed’ separator with low degree of dust leakage out from one.Proposed device use for dust capturing from the powder and gas flows within cutting dust systems in aspiration schemes. It was observed a brief description of main technological processes and devices and related major sources of emissions and discharges of dust pollutants into the atmosphere at the building materials (expanded clay's and etc.) factories in this article. It was made the expediency for the development of new modification’ construction of filtering fluidized granular particulate material bed’ separator for decreasing-dust emissions aspiration system in the production of expanded clay and other similar building materials. There is describe a new modification’ dust separator with bed’ with low degree of dust leakage out to cut emissions of dust pollution aspiration from kiln expanded clay gravel oven and other equipments proceed within dust compounds, which containing silicon dioxide in mass concentration from 20 to 70%, into atmosphere in this paper. It was fulfill experimental research and evaluation of the leakage's degree of dust particles mean as outlet exhaust's coefficient for the elaborated new modification’ filtering fluidized granular particulate material bed’ separator.
