Abstract

Gannan Tibetan teachers’ continuing education affects the quality of education in Gannan Tibetan areas directly. At present, Gannan Tibetan teachers’ Continuing Education faces problems are: the main management seriously insufficient, the training quality is low, single mode, formalism is serious, the shortage of education investment etc. In view of the above problems, we should think from the ethnic education policies, funding for education, improve the quality of training, change the training mode, update the idea of continuing education and other aspects, establish a new teachers’ continuing education system in Ethnic Minority Areas practically, strengthen the continuing education
