Abstract
Currently, there is an active transformation of the system of technical regulation of Russia. State standards are being replaced by more comprehensive technical regulations. National legislation in the field of technical regulation is being replaced by international legislation. The system of products compliance confirmation is also actively changing. Under the current conditions in order to purchase proper products it is extremely important for government and commercial customers to analyze certificates and declarations of conformity. To carry out such an analysis, the responsible employees of the customer must have at least basic knowledge in the field of functioning and key features of the current compliance confirmation system.
