Abstract

The cultural heritage of a nation consists of three parts: the artistic, the natural and the . historical heritages. While over recent years there has been much debate over supporting the continuous existence of the heritage, conducted mainly in terms of welfare economics and in particular merit good arguments in favor of the arts, an increasingly important part of the debate has focused attention of the economic impact of the heritage.
