Abstract
Festivals, being one of the most planned forms of entertainment, bring people together to enjoy art. Such valuable gatherings not only provide great entertainment but also increase the risk that has always been prevalent in large crowds. However, festival organizers can be protected from the harmful consequences of unforeseen occurrences thanks to insurance contracts. In their article, the authors based on literature analysis research, present the legal aspects of festival insurance in Poland.
