Abstract

Focusing on a crawler-type roll to plate (R2P) continuous micro-structure rolling process, this study proposed a technology integrating the extrusion molding machine system, graphene roller, graphene crawler, magnetic control system, and crawler-type R2P continuous micro-structure rolling process. The machine was designed, assembled, and tested. The graphene crawler and precision control system were fabricated to complete the continuous micro-structural array rolling process with the extruder and discuss the crawler-type R2P continuous micro-structure rolling process by simulation and the actual test. The experimental results suggest that the proposed innovative process technology can effectively improve the molding of imprint replication, and the magnetic control can effectively solve the spring back caused by the excessive imprint speed and reduce the processing time.
