The Countermeasures Study of the Disposal of the Crude Oil Pipeline Leaks

Abstract

This paper takes the crude oil pipeline transmission process as the breakthrough point, in which makes an analysis of the crude oil pipeline leakage cases for the past decade with the method of random sampling, finding out the causes of oil pipeline leakage and leakage patterns. On the basis of the crude oil pipeline transmission process, it makes the risk analysis of the crude oil pipeline and the oil station, then using the accident tree safety risk assessment method to make the risk identification on pipeline accidents. It gives study on the technology and scheme of oil pipeline leakage disposal from the accident emergency response, process disposal measures, and on-site plugging technology.
