Abstract
The proposed article investigates the impact of the correlation between the traditional approach and innovative approach in the evolution of the public interest- decision- making. The problem of traditions is extremely complex due to its integrative function, and is influenced by the socio-cultural environment. The core element of creative innovation is the potential and preconditions created by tradition. Due to this, the appropriate outdated stereotypes of human activity are overcome and the development of society takes over. The efficiency of public administration depends on the successful innovation that ensures the development of better ways to meet the needs of society, problem solving and the use of resources and technologies. Thus, innovation becomes the component that ensures modernization, increasing the economic level, improving the level of services provided, identifying those solutions to overcome the problems and challenges facing society, or, innovation constantly sets new horizons, directions and incentives for decision making.
