Abstract

Objective To study the correlation between the fractionlal exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) levels and the lung function about children with asthma in clinical remission. Methods Selecting 267 cases as the research object, come from Cheng Du Women and Children Hospital, measure their FeNO levels and pulmonary function, analysis the correlation the FeNO level with the lung function. Results There is no statistical difference about FeNO between male and female children in asthma remission.FeNO has positive correlation with heigh, weight, age(r=0.213, 0.147, 0.276; P=0.001, 0.025, 0.000)and negative correlation with pred % of FEF25 %, FEF50%, FEF75%(r=-0.147, -0.127, -0.127; P=0.001 7, 0.04, 0.04). Conclusion FeNO levels and lung function of clinical remission of asthma children has correlation in small airway monitoring, FeNO should be incorporated into a monitoring indicator of asthma management Key words: Asthma in remission; Children; Fractionlal exhaled nitric oxide; Lung function
