Abstract

Realizing integrated financial management in supply chain is an inevitable trend. The features which integrated financial system in supply chain should have are expounded. Conception reengineering, process reengineering and organizational reengineering is premise to realize integrated financial management in supply chain. A framework of integrated financial system in supply chain is presented, which is composed of network financial systems inside each partner and financial system among partners.
