Abstract
Since the beginning of the 21st century, as the economy continues to grow, economic globalization has intensified, and multinational groups and diversified large-scale enterprise groups have continued to develop. The businesses of these enterprise groups are diverse and complex, and may cover locations in multiple countries around the world. Faced with the continuous expansion of more and more branches and business types, large groups have encountered problems such as increased costs, increased financial risks, and information asymmetry, which have seriously affected the healthy development of enterprises. The financial shared service model took to the stage at this time and was favored by large enterprise groups. Based on this situation, this article studies the construction and implementation of the financial sharing remote delivery model under the digital background. This article first introduces the basic theory of financial shared services, analyzes the goal of building financial shared services and the construction of financial shared service platforms, and then studies the overall architecture, design principles and technical routes of the remote delivery server system. The functional modules of the system are designed. At the end of this paper, the communication time and the correctness of the communication interaction of the remote delivery server system are tested. The test results show that the remote delivery server system designed in this paper is relatively fast in the communication time, and it is all correct in terms of the correctness of the communication interaction.
