Abstract

The emergence of the flipped classroom teaching mode has changed the previous teaching mode and gradually achieved the purpose of enhancing students’ problem-solving ability; while the OBE concept is an outcome-oriented education with student learning as the goal, the OBE concept and the emergence of flipped classrooms. There is main change in the standards of teaching evaluation. Based on the OBE concept, this article introduces the construction and application of the micro-class + flipped classroom college English teaching model, which has played a very key role in improving the quality of teaching.
